When using chains, please take note.

After cleaning and lubricating the chain, slowly rotate the crankset in reverse; all the links exiting the rear derailleur should straighten out. If any links still retain a noticeable angle, it indicates poor movement and a “dead knot,” which requires adjustment. Any links found to be damaged must be replaced promptly. For chain maintenance, it is recommended to strictly distinguish among the three types of pins and use connecting pins.
